I had an electric. Batteries went bad after 2yrs, spent $1k on replacement batteries and it was never the same. Even bought a fancy charger (stock chargers are meh). Went to gas and that needed a carb and has been fine ever since.
You gotta decide if you want a bit ass stereo or anything else...
