I always do chili for Halloween, but i went a day early. I Smoked ground Bison, and Ground beef for 2 hours along with a bell pepper and half an onion. I always put one can of chick peas in the mix!

The Yellow was mustard to use as a binder, I did wrap it in butcher paper at 170 and pulled at 195 wrapped in a beach towel and put in a cooler for an hour. It turned out amazing.
