I like it a lot. I was standing in the driveway looking at my brother's girlfriends little regular cab S10 sitting in front of my car and it just kind of went together. turbo 3800 in that car would be stupid fun.

i have a chance at a 96 reg cab shortbed that has the 2.2L in it....fbody 3800 mounts and your golden

tq converter and bellhousing match up

if his is the 4banger let me know, i could use another trans to weigh down my back porch

nah seriously if he's a 4 banger those mount spacing are the same for the rwd 3.4L F bodies and those mounts are the same spacing as the 3.8 F body.....

actually im not sure on the 4 cyl but the rwd F body 3.4 and 3.8 brackets are probably the same part numbers cause those two have a standardized bolt patter on either side of the crank sinc eht 3.4 was fwd, the 4 cyl 2.2/2.5 brackets have a possibility of being the same as well but dont hold me to that

im pretty sure the s10 weighs a tick over 3k lbs. i've wanted to do this for awhile.

the l67 the tb is in the cowl which means no air cleaner or run filter into cabin talk about whine

na fbody or a flipped L36 would work with a turbo setup, hell you can keep everything electronic and work as long as the s10 is a 96+
some tinkering but you can do it most readily if ou just dont give a fuck
look at the dime caged trucks are haulin ass with alot cut outta em
i have the chance to do a wagon, i want the s10 too but i was told to 3800 my f250

yeah but my waGN can only haul a small refrigerator or 4 3800 motors....an s10 can haul a larger fridge or 4 3800 motors (unless you stack em into a pile)...

nah id rather have the wagon... id only do it to the bosses beater cause the motors toast and it'd bolt right in
