Day 16:

Slept like garbage again. Went to bed at 2ish, GF's alarm woke me up at about 730 and i couldnt fall back asleep until roughly 9, got out of be at 10:30. The usual 2 cups coffee and 2 scoops of Jack3ed before my workout. More energized than yesterday, but still feeling a bit drained. I think Im burning myself out at the gym and it's catching up.

Chest, biceps, fore arms, abs (aka:bro day)

Im not doing the sets in this order necessarily. Usually I alternate back and forth between muscle groups to let one rest. I only planned to do flat, incline, and flyes for my chest, then zottman and preacher curls for biceps. Ive been going back after my few heavier sets and adding in some more volume until I can physically not push any more weight.

Have you tried white flood instead?
No side effects (like itching, burning, upset stomach etc, more importantly, no crash after). I found this supplement to be the only one really helping me to stay energized.

Never tried white flood. Im likely going to buy NO Xplode again after this is all used up. I like it better than Jack3ed

My buddy raves about white flood and IIRC he said just take one scoop.

Honestly, they are pretty similar products. Both contain beta-alanine and will give you the skin tingling/itching at a higher dose. Both contain caffeine, and both have been known to get the bowels active. :s00ls: The main difference is, White Flood does not contain any creatine or BCAA's.
I got a good deal on WF online and have to say that I prefer it over jack3d. Seems like a lot of people feel the same way.

yes sir.

I don't know why it is, but when I used Jack3d, I had to use 2 scoops to get same rush going as White Flood gets me off 1 scoop.

WF also never gave me an upset stomach, headaches, unwanted blood flow in the important body parts :)D),, while jack3d, fucked me up pretty bad every time.

I had a hard time getting to bed this morning because I was up all night at work studying and drinking coffee. Once my buzz wore off, I got to bed around 7:30 and slept solid until noon. Today Im feeling great! The weather outside had me in a good mood and ready to work out. 1 cup of coffee, 1.5 scoops of Jack3ed.

Shoulders/rotator cuff:

Feeling swole as fuck today. My rear delts are getting decent sized and adding a lot of width to my shoulders. I dont have a tape to measure circumference but as far as width, my shoulders are 24" from delt to delt, compared to my waist at 13" wide hip to hip (32" waist size). My lat spread ain't too shabby either. Shirts are starting to fit a little tighter and it feels great!

Not feeling too hot today, woke up with a bit of an upset stomach. Did the usual coffee and jack3ed business, didn't bother my stomach fortunately.

Back/triceps:

3x5x275# dead lifts
3x10x155# v bar pull down
3x10x70# dumbell row
3x10x135# seated row
2x8x155# bent over barbell row

3x10x210# seated dips
3x10x80# skull crushers
came home and did 4x20 diamond pushups

I did all the other sets before my dead lifts today, there were 3 guys who were doing shrugs in the squat rack for 45 min. I do my dead lifts in front of the rack, because its really the only place with any free space in the whole gym to set a bar on the floor. My back was absolutely killing me after my 3rd set of dead lifts. It probably wasnt completely healed up from doing squats on Monday. Im going to try and put my leg day a little later in the week next week, and skip out on dead lifts.

Day 19:

Ate a bowl of cereal, cup of coffee, and 2 scoops of jack3ed before my workout today. GF came home unexpectedly for lunch today, so I sat around for a little longer than usual, killed my workout buzz a bit. My split hits everything in 4 days, so instead of starting over again, i decided to stay a little lighter and work on lifts i feel that are lacking.

Day 20/21: 2 days off, and the last two days of my cycle.

Day 22:

Weight: 175.2

I decided to run a second cycle of the animal stak because I liked the results I am seeing from the first one. Had a work out partner today, and went to the gym at about 4pm. FUCK THAT. Zero room, and half the weights i needed were being used at the time. Two of us crammed our whole workout into about 40min. As soon as someone jumped off a piece of equipment , you had to steal it if you wanted to use it.
