There are few here that understand fully the power of Amarok... it can upload songs to your iPod or cell phone, and play any format while giving you song/album/etc...

I think iTunes does just fine with managing music.

Only thing I wish it did is have the ability to put folders on an mp3 cd. I just use the Cd burn wizard thing on windows when making cd's.

Didn't realize so many people still burn CDs.

I use iTunes and use the play count and ratings to manage some playlists. I switched to WMP to get away from Apple stuff but one day my entire library just disappeared from WMP so it was back to iTunes. Sucks that I have to use a seperate program/player to sync to my android phone though.

I do mp3 CDs for the car ever since my iPod crapped out. Same for my wife's car.

Straight audio CDs? No way. I need more then 12 songs to get me through a car ride

although i did have an ipod shuffle 1 gig that JUST died after i got it (got it the first week it was put on the market way back when)

i now use a sansa sandisk clip + 4gb with a 16gb micro sdhc card. keeps me goin at the gym/school

i don't use cds in the car...my head unit has a USB hookup where i can hook up a flash drive or a sdhc card reader..but more often than not i just rock SD cards on it. since its discreet and takes up a lot less room and NEVER skips
