Are any of you guys using a multi-vitamin? What are the benefits?

I recommend a multi vitamin for everyone, even those that aren't working out. Your diet will only get you some of your vitamins you need on a daily basis. Helps with all your body's functions, keeps you energized and more healthy overall.

this was covered ~15 pages back. Im sure eagle can tell you

Yea, I just got into a decent multivitamin. If you've ever seriously tracked your diet with a site like caloriecount.com or similar, then you'll have seen that you very rarely get everything you need just by eating normal food.

Even after a couple days, no matter if its just in my mind or not, I'm feeling more focused and less foggy.

I'd recommend something for sure, even if its just a single pill.

x2 Drink an assload of water too. I try and drink 3 liters a day, every day. Its a night and day difference how focused and energized you feel.

Its good enough for Chuck Norris :D ... its okay, its just like any other machine. Maybe Ill use it today rather than going to the gym.

Back when I was like 21 I think it was, I had my right knee rebuilt due to a bad wind induced fall jumping a 30ft triple in practice. I had to use one of them during my physical therapy. It seemed pretty legit for body weight workouts.
