ok you might be alright for the rest of the week. usually when you get really sore like a bitch is when squatting in the 225 range and the pain last like a week. if your leg start getting sore now and since this is your first time doing squat you might or might not get the sore. you can feel the soreness if you gonna get it. usually when walking down on the stairs you better grab on the rail cuz you will lose balance and tumble down lol. the following day after a squat usually during the mid day, the front and back thigh will feel tightness and sore. by the 3rd day that's when it really hurt. 4th and 5th days the pain starting to go away. no pain no gain right?

if you get 10 reps with 165 real easy on your last set the next time you squat i would start with the bar warm up first. pump out about 50 reps. do another warm up with 135 for 10 reps. then start out with 165 for 10 reps and finish up your last set by adding either a 2.5 or 5 lbs on each side. you're be suprise how stong you get.

im enjoying my day off today no work or lift. going to walk my pit later. im bulking her up too. i have good size fence yard going to make her pull some weight lol when weather get warmer that is.

making my lunch right now here's what in the menue today bitches.

% = protein

flounder (fish) 25%
bumble bee tuna 20% with my salad
5 minutes rice 5%
steam mustard greens, have no idea on protein contents but i know have lot of vitamin A, B, C
my home made fruit shake adding one table spoon of peanut butter and honey.
