Tell him it's a nice car too. Not sure about the internals but the exhaust sounds mean and it looks pretty damn good. He's always pulling thru the parking lot by my girlfriends townhouse and I can usually hear him coming down the street, he's not that loud though and is FAR from the worst.

Yeah that sounds about right.. I haven't seen too many nice cars lately, being close to winter and all. There was a black Tahoe that kept going back and forth in the strip between walfart and worst buy, turned around at the theater and back and forth again. His shit pounded too, only he needs to add a little dynamat because everything on the outside was rattling..lol

I just bought a Ford Aspire, dark blue, broken bumper, so I'll be driving that around instead of the Vic on most days....

I took the Vic out the night it was snowing just to judge how bad it would handle, went sideways down S. 10th for a block..lol but no curb rash. The Aspire, well "Ass-phire", does quite well in the snow actually. Unless you yank the e-brake. I did that the same night at S 1st and Gurler, went sideways up until 2' away from the curb on Gurler. I've seen a few people sliding but no collisions. An old work buddy from the New Lenox area, I guess he hit a patch of ice in his S10, wound up smashing into a light pole, front end was destroyed...

all i gotta say is that the hit n run that fucked up my car the LAST day of fall semester a couple years ago pretty much taught me that no one there gives a shit about if they play pinball in the parking lots,

I watched 2 idiots pull onto Hillcrest and fishtail into the curb sideways Friday night and actually lift their drivers side tires off the ground then drive away. Plus the asswipe behind me on Glidden riding my ass made me start slowing down for the turn on Hillcrest about a mile early. Do they remove parts of the brain that affect common sense when you're a freshman?

Actually I find that its never freshman, as they all park in the lots behind the dorm towers and rarely venture north of there on glidden... its the morons that dont live around that area that are the problem... I used to see the same cars, day in and day out and no one drove like an ass save for a couple idiots

it was the visitors etc of people and cars i didnt recognize that were the worst

The Freshies are too scarred to do anything, I meant that they remove brain cells as a freshman (brain cells don't grow back) and they're partially retarded for the rest of their lives. No I don't mean everyone, just most of them. An intelligent person doesn't make a left turn from the right lane (saw that twice over the weekend in one trip to Caribou Coffee when the snow was cleared) and they don't stop on Regent by the curves in the middle of the road to chat someone up when it's snowing and slippery as fuck out.
