🥶 When is everybody putting on their snow tires?

Like my dad says "insurance covers stupid"... i dont see a reason why any real insurance (read: not some bullshit only online minimal coverage company) wouldn't cover a car with summer tires.

Geico gave Jon a hard time since he had videos of his car on the net. Why risk it?

It wasn't his shocker sticker....It's not hard to google someone’s name and find a lot of stuff about a person. I believe that’s what they did in this case.

I honestly dont recall... I meant to look when I got outta the truck today when I got out at the train (yes you were on my mind at 7am today KJ) but I failed to do so.

They are like 1 size larger than stock. They actually rub the fenders at one point during turning, but its very brief so I dont really care.

You wanna know so bad? Come on over. I'll give you a beer or two and we can investigate.

if its one size up from stock they are probably 285's.

33"'s for the win.

theres one of my pet peeves tho... 285 what...?

im thinking of putting 235s on my truck... but 235/85/16s... 32s...

the second number is the sidewall... first is the width..

my 300 had 275s on it. but no where close to a 33" tall tire.

so theyd be barely narrower. but taller.

that way hopefully not rubbing. id only run em in the winter.

if your looking into a winter only set.. the ones i posted might interest you somewhat. they are re-treads by a company called treadwright http://www.treadwright.com they seem to be getting good reviews from the nissan forum i lurk on. and the prices are right.
