let me know if i can help with anything!

Thanks Bob! I think I going to try and take the rotator and block to AES next week and have them look at it. I'm just a little nervous that they may not work together.

I'm worried the pistons may not have a big enough bore even with being skirted, to fit snugly inside the '03 Cobra block once it has been bored/machined.

I may be a giant liar and not do this in the spring. I just got my real estate tax bill for the second half of 2009, and the first half of 2010 will be due in the spring time. It will be close to $4k for both. I always like to have about 4-5 months of savings in my account and between the taxes and cost for building the motor, it will cut that number down significantly. I'm going to play it by ear and see how everything looks in February.

Unfortunately since I moved into this place, my monthly expenses have increased about $450. The real estate taxes are higher and so are the association fees. Plus I pay a little more for electric and gas since the place is a bit bigger than the last one. I haven't increase my savings account since the spring time. I'm pretty much spending what I make exactly each month. Of course that is net pay and doesn't take into consideration the 10% I put in my 401k.

I had lunch with Jim and we discussed maybe just doing long tubes and a tubular k-member in the spring. Or I could do a cam and a retune. I was hoping to spend not much more than $1k.

I really don't think I could handle a roommate. I had one when I did a semester at ISU and didn't care for it. Granted it was a dorm room smaller than my bedroom, I still don't think I'd like it much. It would have to be someone that I really got along with or someone that had a lot of hot lady friends. Extra money would be nice, but I'm not that desperate.

I haven't figured out which one yet. The only problem is that they would both give me a power bump that is close to the breaking point of the motor. I could probably get maybe 20-30whp from the LT's, and Tim said about 40-50whp from the cams. I'd much rather have the cams for the sound, but I don't know how long my motor will last with the extra hp.
