Back in May:
Bone Stock 302 V-8 out of a 98 Explorer
Catless and back exhaust
4.10 Posi rear end
Sniper tuner just to remove the Anti-Theft off the 98 explorer ECU
decent 245 width street tires
15.512 1/4th at 86.02, 2.251 60 foot
Today:
Replaced my camshaft synchronizer with the correct one
Raised my 4th gear shift 1000RPM
crappy 275 width street tires
14.878 1/4th at 89.99, 2.180 60 foot
Not a fast time compared to most cars here, but I'm quite proud that I've managed to shave nearly 3/4ths of a second just by replacing a sensor and winding out my 3rd gear.
Sadly This is all the truck has to give with its current setup *It is STILL shifting into 4th gear prior to crossing the line, and It hits the speed governor a SPLIT second after passing the line* so a cammed/header motor and a 28 inch tire for spring :smile:
