Umm... where do you see those options? If I have the browser open and I hold the back button/arrow (bottom left on the phone, u-turn arrow) it brings up a screen that at the top has "Bookmarks, Most Visited, and History" that I can select. If I hit the menu button, or whatever it's called (4 parallel lines) it brings up a tab on the bottom of the screen to clear history. That's it. No minimize or exit options anywhere that I see.

In this case, I'm describing the default browser, yes. Normally I use Skyfire, but for the purpose of trying to figure out what you guys are talking about being able to close/exit apps, I figured I'd start with something that the phone already had.

As for Skyfire, when I hold the back button, it does bring up a box with 'Minimize, Exit, and Cancel' buttons. However, even after I click exit, I check my task manager and it is still running. If I go and open up Skyfire again, it brings me right back to the page that I last viewed.

strange... theres some sort of issue for sure, but no idea what it is. i dont use default browser and i stick to using dolphin browser. just got the firefox browser the other day, still havent used it yet though.

just messed with it for a bit, ive seen far worse, its more or less a less polished version of dolphin, could be a nice alternative once it gets outta beta and such.

I'd like to see Google port chrome to android.

im happy with dolphin actually. ive never liked chrome on pc so unless they do some pretty serious tweaking i wouldnt expect much from it over dolphin

Chrome is fast as shit

Regardless, I'd like to see dolphin get a slightly better pinch zoom. Still not as smooth as the iPhone. But that's a minor gripe.

Chrome is the shit. I still don't like the dolphin browser and I've tried it on 2 or 3 occasions.

I've tried to use Tapatalk,...
But it seams impossible to find the forums you want to be in...

I just now did a search.

opened the app...search..."chicago garage"...pops up.

Dunno how u can mess that up

Phone just locked up while using the browser. Couldn't even turn the power off. After letting it sit for a few minutes it just turned off on it's own.

This thing is beginning to be a pain in the ass.

Not yet. I'm afraid of doing irreversible changes to electronics (fear of commitment)

Maybe it's because I'm using the "free" one from APKtor?
When I do a search, it just brings me back to the main page & states 5513 forums...
So, I always have to thumb threw all the folders...

I won't pay for another phone like this again. It's nice to have internet access virtually anywhere, but I don't need it. Rather go back to my old indestructible phone that sucks at everything but never hiccuped after being hurled against walls, dropped on sidewalks and tossed into pools.
