its spark plugs man, wtf do you need a tip for? Pull the wire off, 16mm socket, unscrew counter clockwise, gap new plugs, anti seize the threads, di electric grease on wire terminals, push back onto the plugs.

It isnt rocket science. Squeeze your arm/hand in there and do it.
Have you ever worked on an lt1? It's absurd how cramped it is.

only two people posted something useful. thank you. and its not my car, my buddy needed them done and i was looking at it and was wondering if u guys knew any tricks, i have never done this, and he was told to do headers also haha he is just gonna do that. Thanks for the help for the two people that posted it.

nope, no real tricks to it. I used to do the superman on the car with my chest on the intake. That was the only way I could get to the back ones (had a 96Z). God I don't miss that part of the car. Nowadays I laugh at LS1 guys who bitch about spark plugs, damn is it so much easier vs an LT1. Luckily my Impala has a lot of room tho. That's the only LT1 car that actually has space to work with haha.

Having headers does make it a lot easier though. Manifolds leave you with roughly nothing to work with.

It actually is...they are literally "tucked" in there.

Get a Hayes or Chilltons manual if your at a total loss. They won't give the way with all the tricks but will give you a way to do them.
