Those are twin 590ci BBCs with 8-71 blowers @ 900hp each. The blocks were ground and sanded smooth and all of the aluminum was polished. It took the guy a year to do the motors alone! :bowdown:

Usually 2 types of cooling systems, freshwater, which sucks water through the outdrive assembly, or a closed system which uses a type of coolant, and a heat exchanger cooled by the lake water....either way, used cooling water passes through the exhaust, partially to keep the headers/pipes cool.

By the way, :wackit:

i would imagine salt water fucks all that shit up real bad. maintenance must be awful on a salt water boat
