Any ideas how to ship a front sway bar? Don't think it'll fit in a box
Could I just shrink wrap it up? Not sure how I'd put a label on it though....

I like this idea. I got a guy in NJ who wants it but was asking for a shipping quote.Just cut a box in half longways or use 2 flattened boxes and create a sandwich with the swaybar in the middle. Tape all around to make sure the sway bar is secure and you are done.

Thanks guys!
Cover it in newspaper, then wrap it in saran wrap...I've done it that way before. If it's not too heavy it can just go parcel post, if it's heavy (solid) UPS is the way to go...if it's within a state or two away FedEx will be cheapest.
It's only a 22mm hollow bar. Not heavy at all.Cover it in newspaper, then wrap it in saran wrap...I've done it that way before. If it's not too heavy it can just go parcel post, if it's heavy (solid) UPS is the way to go...if it's within a state or two away FedEx will be cheapest.
So do you guys think this will be ok? I've got 8 zip ties (I sold both bars), packing tape around the bushings in the center and shrink wrap around the whole thing.
