dude, you're having some huge issues, you either

1. have a clogged fuel filter
2. have a leak of some type on a vacuum line(s) connecting to ur FPR
3. have a weak fuel pump
4. misc other fueling issues.

there is a non-tune related issue with your car, you should not be at 21ipw's with current mods on E10 fuel, no way. There is definitely a fuel system issue with that there vehicle, no doubt.

Well the IPW's are high because the injectors have to be open longer to get enough fuel in there, that could be because the fuel pressure isn't raising with boost, or the fuel pump isn't putting out enough. I know on my red car i had a crack in the rubber hose coming off the intake manifold, wasn't enough to effect idle but my ipw's were 21-22 on 93 octane. I thought something was up so i took a look around, found that crack, fixed it, and the ipw's dropped to 16-17 since the FPR was adjusting fuel pressure with boost. This is exactly what i see with your car, but it could be a weak pump too. Your car can't add anymore fuel cause those injectors are maxed and your only at 790-810 o2's which as you know is LEAN as hell. That's like high 13's low 14's AFR, and explains the large amount of kr you see. BTW it took you 18-19 seconds to hit 104mph :mamoru:

I think the problem is you don't use :amsoil:

Actually I looked over that scan yesterday and I was just like :ugh:. It shouldn't be commanding 14.7 at WOT. It did this randomly also, but not throughout a whole pull and not every pull. Not only that, but the IPW seems very high for a car with those mods and with O2's at such low levels. I know you need a wideband to make sure, but im just basing this off my experience with narrow-band tuning. My on my 3.4 setup had a similar fueling issue (high IPW) after trying to figure it out for a while and replacing a few parts I finally sacked up and bought a new racetronics pump and rewire. My car ended up having a grand prix GT fuel pump installed :rollpicard:, so after the new pump and rewire my IPW went from like 21 to 17. I would check for any vac leaks and see if anything is obvious. Maybe check the fuel pressure and run a bottle of fuel injector cleaner through the tank. I would think about replacing the FPR, maybe fuel pump. The car has some miles on it so it might be about time to replace these anyway. I really think you opened up a can of worms by wanted to tune this thing, let the modding begin! :nutz:

HAHAHAHAH! Totally agree @ can of worms.

Can someone elaborate on injector pulse width theory for me?

Whats the "max"? where do you get concerned? where is ideal? And why to each of these?

I was looking at a new FPR just for maintenance's sake, its $40. Might just slap one on and see what happens.

PS- my scans from this morning show mid 19s @ WOT like 90% of the time...

Im not the one to sell you about injector pulse width, maybe james can write out a essay.

I think on a 3.4 pulley and stock injectors with IPW's at 20+ and such a lean O2 reading you should be concerned.

Buy a Gp-Sorensen fuel Pressure Regulator.

Eagle - Do you have a fuel pressure gauge that you can hook up to the Schrader valve on the fuel rail? You should see ~45 with the vac line connected and the car warmed up at idle. If you pull the vac line off the FPR, it should jump t0 50psi.

Also, make sure you get parts for a 2000 GTP...not a 1999.

It's easier to make fueling changes via p/e tables, but that's more or less for noobs. You were a noob, i had to tell you that  Now start all over with a basic ZZP canned tune setup and build up from there. :bigthumb:

I feel hurt :tear:....but the ZZP tune I own is for NA... So i'll just start with a stock file and move from there
