Im guessing he means flywheel horsepower, not front wheel. But it wouldn't be "putting down" that power.

Im running 304 rwhp and 322 rwtq. When ever I tell people my wheel horsepower they always give me a blank look and say isnt that stock? they dont realize that factory power is at the flywheel so I just got into the habit of saying my flywheel power

you deal with some crazy-ass people then... all ive ever heard is when someone is stock they say oh its the such and such motor with xxxxhp, then when modded they say wheel hp
