Ok here goes.

Possibility #1 - these are missing - redo the supercharger gasket and put in orings

Possibility #2 - LIM torqued wrong, bolts missing or broken. Redo the LIM also

** Follow all torque specs, replace any gaskets that you had to remove, install all connectors & vacuum fittings **

In either case:
1 - Remove front and rear plugs
2 - Drain oil
3 - Crank over a few times
4 - Remove oil filter
5 - Replace missing gaskets / redo whatever is wrong

1 - Install fresh plugs
2 - Install fresh oil filter and CHEAP oil
3 - Add coolant
4 - Run the car for a bit, say 5-10 miles. Look for an improvement.
5 - Bleed coolant per manual instructions
6 - Drain oil again
7 - Replace with good oil and drive easy.

Somewhere in step 3 - look for white smoke coming out throttlebody or tail pipe. If it persists longer than 10 mins after starting motor, then something may still be wrong. Otherwise, it could still be left over moisture.

Also, if you have any doubts about the tune/ PCM, leave the mass air flow sensor unplugged. The car will run with just the MAP sensor (although poorly). Get a stock DHP tune from somebody or try a different PCM.

If it won't idle smoothly, or if it smokes, don't get on it.

Meant to ask - but did the car overheat?

Update 3/26 okay, we changed the LIM gasket and put everything back together. The motor turned without the plugs in it. We put the plugs in and the car wouldnt start and barely turned; thought the battery was dead. took the plugs back out and the motor turned freely. Ill change the plugs and wires this weekend

haha! start by checking the cables and connections at the starter...i've had starters fail that can crank over a motor with no compression and are too weak to handle compression...hell they even test as good on the az testers but just have no balls.

see if ya can borrow someone's known good starter if your connections are clean...
