it would have to be a static image... it probably doesn't like that you are saying that you are using an image, but it is calling a php file...

Maybe I should swap sides for the static and dynamic image? I can flip the gradient and move the image to the left while moving the logo to the right?

I would do this so people could distinguish between static and dynamic (not that it isn't obvious)
