Also, who do you guys buy through? I can have my sales guy swing through
Through Ford. We get reimbursed for anything warranty, i never outsource any work. Cummins, cat, intl, Ford, i fix it in house. Im sure if i outsourced pump and inj rebuild Ford would reject warranty. Ford and Cummins are super bitchy on warranty. Are new CP4s any better or did i just install another grenade?

So far, i like the layout of FDRS, but IDS is much faster.

Same. Ford pays the absolute best warranty. But my Cummins guy gets us paid very well. What are you certed to work on through Cummins??

You'll still have issues with the later cp4.2. Did you drop the tank, flush the lines, change fuel cooler and the lift pump?

Fdrs is super awesome. I love it.

I hold Certs in Cummins, cat, ford, Allison, and diamond certified for INTL. Not sure but i had a Detriot diesel certification, probably obsolete by now. Cummins and Ford are particularly bitchy for warranty, i dont blame them. They want DTCs, and noted steps, just like dealer. Show your work.

FDRS joins Insite now in programs I've had to use my phone as hot spot to take a truck out of derate and get back to the garage.

I like FDRS, but its slow, and buggy, compared to IDS.

Right, maybe it's different for us since we are Cummins dealer, but we have to have taken and hold certs for certain engines to get warranty for them.
Na, im certified in ISM, M11, ISB 5.9, ISB 6.7, ISC, ISX, ISL, L9, and Q variants of those.

My Cat and Detriot stuff might be expired. I dont see much of their stuff outside an oddball semi or prinoth track machine.

Working on a kitchen lighting reno. Picked up 20 of these today, got the wiring pulled and first hole cut, will have one burning tomorrow night as a test before I install the rest.

Do you have space to fit the more recessed version of these? Or are you over the top of joists and shit with them?

The light from anything you can directly see the bulb is really harsh. Best practice is having a light source that can’t be viewed directly.

Just my $.02

Attempt 3 of this VMware upgrade. It's really attempt 5 or 6, but I'm counting the nights for it. Put in a P1 case with VMware to see if they can get this thing right. What's fucked up is the last upgrade that didn't complete successfully was more functional than this upgrade is that said it completed successfully.
