No, no, no. That doesn't fit the Woke narrative. Totally a dress. Gayest movie ever. Worse than broke back mountain.

I’m gonna agree with the earlier ranking.

Tonally Thor L&T just didn’t know what kind of movie it wanted to be.

Ragnarock nailed the theme, and was consistent in its tone.

3, 1, 4, 2.

Also basically half the kids were either Helmsworths, Portmans, or Waititi’s kids/siblings.

India Rose Hemsworth as Love

In a twist at the end of the film, Thor agrees to adopt Gorr’s daughter as Gorr lies dying. We learn in a voiceover that she and Thor together are known as Love and Thunder. We see Thor take her home, make her pancakes, and teach her the ways of the superhero. If it looks natural, there’s a reason: The little girl is played by Hemsworth’s own daughter, India Rose.

Tristan Hemsworth as Kid Thor

Hemsworth’s two other children also appear in the film. Tristan Hemsworth appears as a running child version of Thor at the beginning of the film during a montage that shows Thor growing up.

Sasha Hemsworth as Asgardian Kid

Yet another one of Hemsworth’s kids is among the Asgardian children captured by Gorr. The group of kids fights back against the villain using powers imbued in them by Thor himself at the end of the movie.

Amalia and Aleph Millepied as Asgardian Kids

Love and Thunder was truly a family affair. Natalie Portman’s children were also among those featured in the group of kidnapped kids.

Matewa Kiritapu Waititi and Te Kainga O’Te Hinekahu Waititi as Asgardian Kids

In addition to featuring the children of the film’s stars, the director cast his own kids in the movie as well, again as Asgardian children that are captured by Gorr.

I just got done watching this the other day and I thought it was a fun movie. Yeah, the gay/trans stuff continues to get shoved down our throat. But, I still thought there were a couple really good laugh scenes, good action scenes, and some good sad scenes. The only thing I found weird is that Zeus is evidently Russian? That may have already been known, but it was new to me.

Other than the woke shit where everyone is gay it was ok. I think it was a little choppy and was trying to hard to be Ragnorok but it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. Also it made no sense how Jane becomes Mighty Thor. Steve Rogers didn't become Thor in End Game.

I wasn't too impressed with the movie. It tries so hard to be funny and fails. So much of it was just is flat or dumb. Thor has grown, evolved, and become acclimated to Earth over several movies. Suddenly he's a bumbling idiot right from the start? I liked his character arch over the infinity war movies. Dealing with death, loss of his family, friends, half his planets population, and the planet itself. Now he's bad comedic relief?

Bail was kind of wasted. As most villains are. I would have liked to see how powerful he was. Show him killing these gods. I get the sword basically takes over and there is no real character arch for him. But still seems like a waste of his talents.

"You have to die in battle to enter Valhalla". So you can't get into Valhalla if you die after the battle due to wounds. But then characters die, not even of battle wounds, and go to Valhalla? Wait, what?

Ragnarock was lightning in a bottle. I had a feeling this movie wouldn't be the same or better. It was far off the mark though.

I guess I just expect too much of my comic based movies these days? ?

You do realize this movie was the end of his character building.... He was lost with everything that had happened to him but mainly without Jane hence the bumbling baffoon at the beginning and star lord's little speech to him. Then losing the thing he loved most (Jane) while subsequently gaining it at the same time (gorrs daughter). Now he can get back to being kickass Thor.
