I'm taking Amy to see Love and Thunder Saturday at the "luxury" theater in Venice. Recliners and alcoholic beverages.

We got our tickets early so we have the Sheldon Cooper sweet spot in the theater.

Seems like Phase 4 is a bit of a mess to this point.

My wife got excited when she heard another Thor movie came out. I told her it was a female Thor and she looked at me like she was going to kill someone ?

Love and Thunder brings Thor ridiculousness to a new high. Director crammed so many different things into the movie that none of them had meaning anymore. It's a comedy. It's a love story. It's a superhero movie. It's a psychological thriller based on one man being forced into extreme acts. Man and his dog (stormbreaker) movie. Just pick one or two and go with them instead of cramming them all in.

Parts of the movie (goats, women fainting) were hilarious.

Amy and I both felt it wasn't the best Thor movie after seeing it. Might be the worst.

BTW, that's Chris Hemsworth's actual daugher, India, in the movie. I thought that was cool. Father/daughter bonding.
