Picked up a bottle of brothers bond. It brings the heat for an 80 proof, but finishes real sweet.

Just had a Stagg Jr batch 12 at Primal Cut in Tinley Park. One of the best (if not the best) pours i've ever had. At $80 a glass though, not something id buy regularly.

I've got a full unopened bottle of that which ive had in my cabinet for about 3 years now and didn't want to open it. Now im contemplating drinking the whole thing.

Yea, i paid 59.99 for this bottle 3 years ago, and i was offered $400 by a buddy who wanted it that i didn't take. I absolutely will not be getting rid of it after trying that glass.

In my opinion its a phenomenal bottle for anything under 75. Anything over that I have a hard time justifying the price knowing that there are others out there for the same price if not cheaper that are equivalent in quality and taste.
I was just offered a bottle of the Stagg Jr. for $299 and I told the guy get bent. The real problem is that people are paying these dumb fucking prices and on top of that not even drinking and enjoying them.
