Update on cross country Tesla trip, i70 is closed again in glenwood springs and they don’t think they can go around and still be able to charge and keep going. The next closest charger says they’ve all been occupied for 6 hours :bowrofl:

meanwhile i set the cruise at 85 mph in the excursion and went 500-600+ miles to a tank and then added another 600 miles of range in 2.7 minutes at a highflow deeeezul pumper pump.

Semi truck pump on the slowest fill setting is the only way to go. Still fills faster than the small nozzles but doesn’t aerate the fuel like crazy going in.

Plus now that fuel is expensive again those pumps typically don’t shut off at $100 when it costs $113 to fill it up.
