quick don't say too much or FESTER665 BADAZZTEALCOBRA will be in here telling you why copper is the best copper is the fastest and conduit is 10000% necessary always forever and everywhere.

NM Cable is great for quick running of material while everything is open, but I like conduit for when you're going to pull new circuits in existing building.... If you plan everything really well NM should be fine in a new build but I would likely still use conduit.

Fuck copper. If I could I would run PEX for everything, but cant in Cook County, so copper it is.

it’s terrible if you actually need to work on shit that is already existing.

With that said, I’ve used it in new construction in my house and will be using it in the garage when I get my sub panel.

Grouting tile today and maybe laying down more tile in the bathroom. Tile work sucks (better than drywall though).

SIL, husband and 2 fucking cats are moving in tonight or tomorrow depending on how long their trip takes from Reno. They were supposed to move in and be out months ago but kept pushing it back. Of course it’s right after I tear up the whole main area besides our kitchen and we’re down a bathroom too. Fml

Best part of tile was grouting. I didn't mind it one bit.

Nice size coyote 2 doors down from my house last night. My son said he thought it was the neighbors German Shepherd until he got closer lol.

Seen a few through the neighborhood that are good size. Luckily none in my backyard, just huge racoons, the occasional skunk, and a fox in the back yard.

Is there a run on brake rotors/kits right now? Holy fuck. Rock Auto is damn near sold out of everything besides the expensive Z12348765t3902837 Power Stop stuff. Ford has NOTHING OE in stock. AutoZone is either sold out of coated rotors (and online) or local places only have 1 in stock or none at all. Oreilly has their cheap shit available, that seems to be about it.

yeah I lived in cook county, land of conduit, my whole life but Now in McHenry. I fucking hate this NM crap. wife wanted to change around wiring like I did at the old house so a different outlet can be switched. Had to explain I can’t just pull new stuff because it’s not in conduit. I’d have to cut open the walls to fix all this and of course it’s in the old slat and plaster section of the house with textured walls from the 40’s that I’d never be able to replicate sooo…. Fuck a whole lot of that.

Yep. Its more work at the beginning but its great if you need to change things around in the future.
