Except when they enter a flaming hot turd phase and you end up throwing major money at them. I love my wagon, but owning a BMW can test your patience. Later v8’s and turbo cars being the worst offenders. I was lucky and had 2 trouble free years on mine, but just to give you an idea of problems...at 80k my car is on it’s forth (yes 4) alternator. 3rd HPFP, 2nd LPFP, and roughly 25th injector. Had to fix broken gears in the seat motors and oth minor annoyances.

It’s great when it’s sorted, and a pleasure to drive...but the problems can lead to anxiety driving it.

I was told avoid the V8 and Twin Turbo cars but older 525, 530, 325, 330's are reliable and cheap to fix.

I feel like something like this would be a good ballin on a budget MPG saver thats a bit more fun than some honda or somethin.

shit this looks like KJ's old car, I thought his was a 525 tho.

I don’t think the 4 Series Gran Coupe ever got that much love, but I dig these. Sweet roofline, hatchback usability, and with the M Sport package in Snapper Rocks Blue, mmmm.

I just can't drive a E36 M3 in its auto form. Its lifeless and a turd with that transmission. It has the looks but not the fun factor. That is why autos are pretty cheap compared to the manual 5 speed.

check out what Obsessed Garage is doing to his low mile E36
it's pretty nice ( manual Trans of course )
