By the way you ever get around to building your jig / fixture? I have a bunch of scrap steel tube etc...a good bit of it a bit Rusty on the surface begging for a good home
Plus I have 12 buckets of miscellaneous hardware
I have two huge i-beams and some other beings and angles for my chassis jig stuff. Just in case you want a back half that thing and just put one single 8-foot wide tire back there

I might take some of it off your hands, but I already have jig material. Still need to make my jigs though. Pretty complex given all of the varying angles on different axis. I don’t want to get it wrong.

I like your single 8’ tire idea, should work great ???

That’s a sweet kit.
I have the billet rear control arms waiting to be installed on mine too.
Are you doing it all yourself?
One of the control arms is a bitch because you can’t undo the factory bolt without either lowering the cradle or cutting off the head off the bolt. (I’ll probably be doing the later).

Yeah I will do the install myself, still need to pick up the BMR cradle lockout kit. I am going to lower the cradle.

Nice looking stuff Jim.

Can I come watch and just be that guy that gets u a beer out of the fridge when needed?

Shawn, I'm going to need a beer assistant and also someone to watch my 2.5 year old if I have any hope of the wife letting me spend some hours in the garage this spring to get all the shit I ordered installed. Will you be that guy for me? Lol

Thanks dude, still need to figure out the driveshaft piece. Right now there is only one company that offers a 2 piece design for the manual Hellcats and that is Mark Williams. The driveshaft alone cost $3,254.

There are other companies that offer 1 piece designs, but they all have some sort of vibration issue at times in the 65-80mph range. I don't want that. I need to have a conversation with Wiles, supposedly they are making a 2 piece but not sure how close they are to completion.

I guess a 2 piece is necessary due to the length from the trans to the diff and the 1 piece units reach critical speed, which is what causes the issue.

That's basically with all newer cars. The same is said for S550 Mustangs about needing a 2 piece, but 90% of people dont have issues. Most likely, you will not have vibrations with a 1 piece, but there is always a chance. I know there is ZERO chance I'd be coughing up over $3k for a driveshaft, thats for sure! lol
