Entirely possible its an account by account basis. Broken for me on mobile as well.

Not that it will help much in diagnosing the issue, but the link worked fine for me. (both FF and Chrome).

Could be an ignored thread that some of us share, but I doubt Matt ignores threads, so likely not that.
