Bought an 84 SVO. 85k miles and originally from California. Rust-free, but the paint kind of sucks. All stock except for a 3" exhaust from the turbo back.

Probably going to spend the winter fixing odds and ends and probably doing a few more bolt-ons.

Nice!

since I’m not a Mustang aficionado, what’s the box in front of the shifter, at the bottom of the dash?

There's a few switches for the amplifier, fog lights, and I think an octane switch. Plus a clock that doesn't work.
Ahh, it didn’t look quite right. Does it have one of the lights mounted to the ceiling that swings down and swivels? I have this recollection of seeing that in the older fox bodies. That and red back-lit gauges.

Again, have been in fox bodies probably a dozen times in my life.

Same here. But these and the T-Bird turbo coupe that shared that engine, of that era I had a soft spot for.

New PowerStop rotors and pads. Only got to the fronts so far.

The front end would pulsate/chatter a bit with moderate braking pressure. When I pulled the rotors I saw why. The inboard side of both front rotors were shit. The inside pads were maybe making 20% contact. No idea why it was so bad.

New goodies followed by the shit ones I took off.

Nectar mattress and foundation. If this doesn’t help my back I’m gonna be super pissed and just sleep on the fucking floor.

Got the PERFECT blanket for my dinosaur obsessed 3 year old who always wants the giant nuclear hot blanket and ends up in a literal puddle of sweat because of it. This one is a lot lighter and my mini blast furnace won’t sweat like crazy when he naps.

Dumping the Arnott air ride rear shocks and passive front assemblies for Belltech Street Performance on all 4 corners. Ride went to shit real quick after I replaced the compressor because the passenger rear started locking up. I’m done playing with it, I don’t tow, I don’t load up the back = time for a better suspension setup in the Dadillac. Thankfully I have the original factory front assemblies and can get the new struts put in and not have any extra down time. I’m never fucking with a spring compressor again.

They're practically perfect which is getting to be a real challenge to find anymore and the repos are Chinesium and I don't trust their quality.

Gonna be selling the 20x10 Fuel Rampages with 305 Toyo AT2's once I get some BFG's put on these.
