Carne asada and al pastor tacos. Extra good to hear up the shells in the leftover grease!

So .....RIP my fuckin grill after today.

RECIPE FOR BEST BURGERS YOU EVER HAD BELOW.

I made “smash burgers”. Wtf is that right? Grill on lowTake 2lbs of 80/20 ground, 2eggs and mix in a packet of Lipton onion soup mix. I only used one, some people like two. I feel like two would be too much for sure.

Any way, mix it all up. Mash them into 4oz balls (man hands, cup to cup). Throw them on the grill. Let them sit 1:30 to 2 mins. Then smash it almost flat for 15 seconds. THE MAGIC IS NOW HAPPENING. Wait about another min or so, flip after smash and now season and throw your cheese on. Let it get to 160 internal and I dare you to call me a liar!!!

I took a pic, literally first bite and over 6oz of juice/flavor dripped onto the cooking pan-pic below.
