I've used ON Opti-Men for years but good lord I can't help but retch sometimes still.... it's pretty awful that way.

It's going to depend on where you're deficient TBH, and what you're trying to accomplish. Omega-3 is a great suggestion, but e.g. if you're going to eat a bunch of gas station sushi every day you may not even need it.

Certain B vitamin deficiencies can cause horrible panic attacks and anxiety as well.
I had my annual check up at the doctor, blood work etc only noted a vitamin D deficiency thus I added that to my routine.
Work provokes anxiety, am guessing like a lot of people, I have actually been concerned about takin B and not touching these. You think one a day might actually help relieve the anxiety a bit?

Your annual checkup doesn't test for b vitamin deficiencies. If you really wanted to know you body's functional vitamin status you have to take a test like Spectracell which is extremely expensive or do trial and error with taking supplements.
