🔧 BUILD Millhouse’s 98 Mustang

[Milhouse]

I’ve had this car for a few years now.
Was in kinda rough shape when I bought it but it’s a Florida car so it was solid.
It’s nothing special but it’s good fun.


When I got it.

How it sits now.

I started off with a small nitrous setup and was able to muster a 12.03 pass.

Changed over to turbo last winter and just went 11.36 leaving on zero boost.

Damn. Forgot I had a ride thread here. Not that anyone cares about a little ole 2v but, decided to finally finish this engine build.
Should be good for 300 crank hp with 10psi and a 100 shot. [emoji1787]

That actually not my rod. I am running a nice set of Eagle rods though. These would be slightly overkill as they probably handle more power than the block can!

They will be ported PI heads. It’s already PI swapped but they are early heads with 4 thread spark plug holes. Later years had 8 thread.

I never got into too much, but with the 4 thread spark plug holes does it limit the amount of boost you can run in the motor?

Yeah it does. They have a tendency to blow the plug completely out of the head.
