I dont like these 3.15s NA either. MPGs be damned who cares about that.

3.73s still sitting on my bench in the garage too.

I miss the 3.55s

Keep the 3.15’s you will need them with boost and the car pulls crazy on the top end, I have 3.73’s in my truck and it blows the tires off in first and second

Mine has PZeros. :tear:

No worries itll get proper wheel and tire and suspension before I get the balls to boost it. Per TCG requirements of course...... LOL

1. Congrats

2. Good to read that you understand the importance of the proper wheels/tires and suspension set up. Keeping that shiny side up and undamaged results in you, your passengers, other drivers, crowds and cows remaining safe.

Doesn’t matter if you go with BMR, Ford Performance, Steeda, whatever suspension kit, just make sure it’s proven, is of quality and works for your end goal. Don’t half ass it. Same with wheels and tires.

This 18 white GT is a very nice car. You earned and deserve it. Be smart, learn from past mistakes and as always, thank you for your military service. Much appreciated.

Thank you! Ive just got to be smsrter about it.

Last car has BMR drag springs and GT350R sway bars.

This car needs more than that! Plenty of Nustang guys around here to learn on for a better suspension setup.

Id prefer complete packages that were designed to go together ex. steeds roush or frpp struts springs sways all as a package.

Also Id like to look up the Bullitt front brakes as they come painted red and 6 piston that would be a nice upgrade too.

You're over thinking it. Stock brakes are more than capable for anything other than roadcourse duties.

Put a set of springs of your choice, some nice dampers, and a few BMR parts and you're good to go. I believe Pratt still has a few suspension pieces left?

The MOST important thing is gonna be a tire! If you're gonna fuck around with big HP you need something that sticks. OR...leave at least some of the traction control on. My car can get away real quick in 3rd gear on street tires so I always leave the advance track on(only hit the traction off button ONCE).

Yeah I don’t have much suspension none until last weekend just get some et streets in a 28” tall variety and run a little less pressure when you go out to play, don’t expect to use first gear probably first or second in a 10 speed car lol, pick a gear that gets you 4500ish rpm at 45-50mph and have lots of fun doing rolls, at the track with the right pressure in the tires it will work because auto, on regular street tires it will be dangerous

MPGs and tire longevity be damned. E85 and Drag radials daily!

Still confused as to why you can't swap your parts. Did they already cut you a check?

Yes USAA paid out total loss to Bank of the West. GAP paid out remainder to Bank of the West who owns the vehicle.

Bank of the West is the one dragging their ass on a buy back price.

Either way I have zero plans of putting them parts on this car. Only thing is my uncle wanted to buy the car back for his 95 Mustang.

Worst comes to worse we buy it back on auction.

Either way I think itll sell for too much at auction or even buy back.

Im just happy its a wash USAA and GAP covered the rest.
