Well this is different. Congrats!

And not to hijack the thread, I know DeMuro isn't the de facto voice in car reviews, but as soon as i saw "ELR" mentioned in here I immediately thought of his video

Even tho you can now pick up a 14 ELR for under $25k, the fact that this thing stickered for 75 when new makes it even more laughable. I think i'd still take a Volt.

Congrats! I closet love the idea of not spending $600/mo on fuel.

Also never looked at ELR closely holy nice interior.

I think they look awesome. I see a lot of the Cadillac Cien concept in them.

I didn’t realize the prices had come down on them. If I was looking at Volts I’d definitely look the ELR up.

While I would like a 4 door too, you're talking about taking advice from a guy who changes cars faster than some on here or in some cases, more often than some here may change their Hanes.

He spent all that money and time to import a Skyline only to turn around and sell it. Then didn't he go in and buy a Range Rover going in full knowing their problems (admittedly he made sure to get a full warranty which he made use of...), amongst a few other articles he's written.

I'm sure he's a nice guy, but he's one of the last guys I'm taking vehicle purchasing advice from.

I don't want 4 doors because he says the ELR sucks.

I miss my volt so much. I think I’m gonna pick up an ELR because they are stupid cheap and look fantastic

This thread makes me want to look into an ELR. syP what’s the word.

:jg:

Thats my wife's version for sure. I just think we need a vehicle with 4 full doors so the Volt makes more sense. And this was a good deal.

Well something happened....
