So I usually turn battery switches off when I am not using a boat. Dads new toon makes this pretty much impossible for anyone but someone my size. The only way to reach it is if you raise the bimini and open the sunpad/bathroom hatch to get at the switch. Or if you like me open the door under sunpad and crawl in. You can't do this while the boat is on the lift either not enough height to raise bimini enough to open rear hatch.

So im pretty much stuck with leaving the batteries ON because my dad can't crawl down and turn them off. Am I hurting anything?

I shut them off on both boats if it sits for a few weeks or more my stereo memory will drain both batteries on the powerplay, buy some 2 gauge cable from Amazon with some crimp ends and move the switch it was like 50 bucks for the cable for my pontoon stereo install 25 feet of red and 25 feet of black with crimp ends included

you'd enjoy it.

try to follow someone who looks experienced on in, and stay in the buoy lines as well. gets shallow REAL quick out there. watch your depth gauge and you'll be aiiight
