3800 Electronic throttle help

[LP 3800]

I just picked up a Trailblazer and the electronic throttle is horrible. You could not spin the tires in the rain. Has anybody figured out this type of throttle. I need more low end!
Do the new Grandprixs have it now?

Yup the new gp's have ETC. Disabling trac control should help a bit but the only true way is to remove the fuse. Ive never done that but I think some have.

Its more a trac control issue not really the Elec Throttle.

If I recall correctly, when I pulled the fuse on my '04 GP I lost Magnasteer as well as the traction contol/stability control/ABS. I think that the "trac off" button did just as much as pulling the fuse did though.
