I dunno if I'm going to get supervision yet.. but I'm going to do everything in my power to get it.. I don't want a conviction, my insurance company is gonna love me..
edit: got my car out of the impound thing tho.. 85 bucks he tried to charge me for storage I told him to blow me.. it was only there a couple hours.

DRAG RACING: You illegally raced with another vehicle.
The Secretary of State’s office has the authority to revoke the driver’s license of a repeat traffic offender. During the course of any revocation, your vehicle registration may be suspended. Notice is given accordingly.
I also beleive this is a Class A Misdemeanor which if convicted has fines in excess of $2500.oo.
And if you are under 18 it gets worse!!

yeah I'm going to need a lawyer I think I can get out of this with a huge fine and still have my license.. my friends have done worse and still walked away with their license.. I will let you guys know how it goes tho court is july 9th
ill be honest with you....... you are screwed..... i dont know a judged in illinois that is going to let you off of this with a smaller violation..... you are going to lose you DL and more then likely get fined out the butt..... this is an offense that they take seriously as it is VERY dangerous..... i never recommend street racing... it happens but very bad to get caught....... good luck with it and doubt you will ever get cheap insurance again.... most company's will dump ya after it!!

I CALL BULLSHIT......... that is impossible..... the laws in illinois are very cut and dry about DUI's........ you can get one amended but not another one..... the second you are gettin jail time and will be lucky if you dont get charged for the first to...... i wouldnt trust this guy....... cuasei can tell you the 2 DUI thing didnt fly....... no states attorney would have allowed it to!!

i dont care if he was the chief justice of the supreme court........ there is 1 thing illinois doesnt play on and that is drinking and driving......... so like i said.... i call bullshit and i know it is...... cuase that would never EVER happen....... good luck to this guy gettin out of it cause illinois doesnt play with this either.... it is stupid and dangerous to street race........... you deserve all you get......... you just better hope it isnt alot!!
