Hi. Just bought my first en-thoo-see-asst car, in a '14 Fiesta ST.

Always wanted to play with a car, learn how to wrench, etc, never really had anyone in my close circle who knew what the deal was, so attacking it on my own. My lady likes cars as well -- drives an r56 Cooper S with a stick.

Last two cars were a 3-banger Fiesta and before that a MkII Jetta with an automatic that was taken care of by Jason at Mobile One in Glen Coe, who is a great guy to work with.

Hoping to build the car up for mild street performance over the next year or so.

Thanks all for the welcome!

Welcome :bigthumb: What plans do you have?

Oil catch can this weekend, and short shift sooner than later. then RMM (probably Cobb, maybe Boomba) when the 3/36 is up in Oct (some people have had passenger top motor mount break, so I want that covered if mine goes.) I'll probably get an accessport but not run a tune sooner rather than later. I'm a data guy and think I'll have fun with that :)

Next spring intercooler, intake and tune for sure. Dunno which intercooler, for intake probably Mishimoto. Maybe exhaust then. Probably delete the symposer around this time.

Steelies with winter tires.

Car came with Sparco Assetto Garas which are the rims I wanted anyways :D I promptly curb rashed one when I got home in my parking spot. Any suggestions on a cheap repair spot? These are only $120 rims so...

That's probably it for mods unless I feel suspension needs help after power increases?

I really like the stock FiST look so probably not much in the way of aesthetic mods. Car came with a good quality tint, and I had weather techs from my 3-banger.

Bunch in Europe. 1.0 Zetec is 145ish HP stock, with mountune and pumaspeed heavily supporting aftermarket.

No u.s based tuners are supporting. Puma has a plug and play, but very mixed reviews and no aftermarket support.

That's the main reason I switched -- became clear 1.0 tuning market wasn't going to materialize. Really cool motor though, and a great low pitched growl. I got close to 50 on the highway.

Any mods for the 3 cyl turbo motor?

I need to get front plate on or I'm going to end up with a ticket.
