Ive noticed, that on days were I only get 3-4 hrs of sleep that i loose my appetite and nothing really seems like its going to taste good. Anything sweet taste horrible...drinks...candy. I pretty much just have to force myself to eat to satisfy my stomach. Then if I get a good nights sleep its all gone the next day.
So does anyone else get this?....or something else weird when you get a lack of sleep?
