3800 Supercharger noise

When I jump on my GTX, the supercharge hits the high pitch wine. Holds for a second then starts to drop. Sounds "flat" or floating.
Just put on a new nose drive and another 3.4" pulley. Car has been tuned and new gas filter. Car also has a Thrasher cold air box.

Any ideas will help a lot.

Thought the same thing. Belt is new, but that doesn't mean anything. Emailed Gator to see if the have one that is a bit smaler. Never heard back from them.
Both pulleys have been replaced too.
Have way too much money into this car to give up on it.

you really shouldnt have to much probs with a 3.0........just tighten the tensioner more i guess........or try another belt company.

Some say the Gatorbelts are not worht it and go with ones from autozone I believe........forget teh name though.

By the way, how much is to much into your car?

if your using a 660 belt, try a 650. AAnything but G/B..
