Like the title says..I need to borrow someones spring compressors

I have to do my suspension on the car before next monday (its going in for accident repairs and an alignment)

Ive never done this before but I have all the parts and have some mechanical ability so I will save the money and do them myself.

Anyone got a set and anyone want to give me a hand doing them? or any tips on doing them would help alot.

Tool! I dont think those are big enough for the GMPP springs..LOL

I need my suspension done...108K miles on stock suspension isnt a good thing! I might just skip the block party and just buy my own spring compressors and do it sat if I cant get any help or borrow it from someone else. That way I have room for errors or anything that might go wrong. I HAVE to get them done this week.

Umm...I will use spring compressors...so like I said I will either borrow them or buy them. I remember you doing yours without them, and no thanks. I like having the correct tools to do the job.

and I have...

KYB's
GMPP springs
new strut towers

those are the manditory things

I also have GMPP sway bars and trailing arms that need to go on, but im not so worried about those right now...

I got my spring compressors from Harbor freight, I think it was less then $10. I stripped one of them in the process of changing the springs, but it lasted long enough to get the job done. You could always rent them for free from Autozone too, I rented a tailpipe expander from them; you buy the tool, then return it...they will give you a full refund. Hell, they gave me a full refund even though I broke the tool!
