So I went out with one of my friends tonight because he wanted to see what the new DHP felt like. I ended up running into this guy who I met last night when I was supposed to race a stock '97 GP GT who supposedly thinks he has a hella fast car. Well this guy was riding with one of his friends who was driving a nice looking orange Focus SVT. So we head out to an empty country road and agree on going from a dig, I didn't know how strong the SVT Focus was but I did know it was stock, it was also a 6 speed. We lined up the first time, I was on the left, so the guy tells me if any cars come towards us that he would slow it down and let me in front of him. So his passenger counts it down and we're off, I bark the tires as did he. I got him out of the hole and kept pulling up to 110 when I shut it down about 2-3 car lengths or so ahead. So we pull over and talk a bit and decide to go one more time from a stop ( I wanted to go from a roll and really see how the DHP would kick in), but this time I spun the tires a bit, but in no time flat I was passed him with a good 2-3 car lenghts at 90 and decided to just shut it down rather than risk possibly being caught going any faster seeing as I won hands down and he had already pulled into the right lane behind me (he also barked the tires going into 2nd gear, caught me off guard a bit). We gave thumbs up and headed our own ways. Overall I was really happy with the way my car performed
