I honestly have always liked byron better than 41.

I think the idea of having that mod day at LP's and then being close to the track was a great idea. One I was willing to use some of my annual leave for. Now I don't know if I will take both days off. (sat and sunday)

Ill probally just take off saturday now just to hang out, but I don't think I want to go all the way to 41.... it has never really been good to me. I have actually had better luck at GLD  but we'll see.

So what ever place has more votes that is where it will be?

I think right now just one or two more votes for a place shouldn't be a deciding factor. It looks pretty evenly decided. I think it would be in the best interest of the club to go where our sponser would like to go.

41 is not bad, but it would be my last choice between GLD, byron and it. That's just my opinion though. If they want to go there I think it would be neat to see that wicked turbo car run.

Whatever is best for the whole club I am for. It sucks that it couldn't have been at byron, but hey I don't think anything has stopped the club before from having fun.

Ill suck it up if INTENSE wants to go there.

Before I vote:

How much is Byron, for driver and for a spectator? How many runs can I probably expect?
How much is US41, for driver and for a spectator? Runs?
Byron I don't know how much it costs... I forget how much it was last time
Last 2 times I was at Byron i got: 3 runs and 2 runs respectively ... I may have been able to get 1 or 2 more but got sick of sitting in my car waiting for my lane to go up and race ...

But I believe US41 is 25 bux to run and you can usually get as many runs in as you want ... especially early... after lunch the trailer queens are ready to go so there's a hour or so where it's crowded

I would race at either track, but i would rather choose 41....come on people, this is like the first fricken event i will be at.....i would like to meet most of you sincei can't make the mod day...(again :( )

Well i am going no matter what, 2 hours so be it....

"Am scared to drive a little more in my AWESOME GP...Nice and Clean..."
COME ON!!!!! *Cough* James *Cough*

Hell, thats what i am lookin foward to is cruisen to the track wit a bunch of Grand Prixs.....

So, give me the address at the track and i will be there....either that the directions to LPs or better yet, a place to meet up like an oasis for the people that don't know how to get there or can't attend the mod day....

Thank You and Good Day! I said GOOD DAY! :D :p

I'll be there either way, but my vote is for Byron. It's just so much more convenient.

A couple of the ILGPC guys were at our SHOcago drag day at Byron last May and they can probably tell you that the people are assholes and the event turned out to be a big cluster-f*ck thanks to their staff.

I suppose they got up on the wrong side of the trailor.
