I can't explain it, but (I don't know if I hit something when i hit the guard rail) but it is getting progressively worse, I excelarate to about 50 and this vibrating rumbling happens, (weird) you can feel it, and it seems to be coming from the pass side, now when I hit the brakes its even worse, It freaks me out, now I took the car for an oil change and that Bar that runs from under the car to the wheel he said was loose and could give out at anytime he said if it does that the car will fall cause it supports my car????? Don't know if he was trying to make a few bucks or being for real, but perhaps when I hit the guard rail I caused further damage to it?? possible..or has anyone had this happen before, or is it cause when I replaced the front brakes I didn't get the rotors cut??

Sounds like it could be a tie rod end, that kind of impact can also cause wheel bearing problems. Easy way to check: jack the wheel in question off the ground, if the wheel is loose if you grab it top to bottom it's probably wheel bearing, if side to side it would be a tie rod.
