Yeah I really like that concept. Its kinda like the 2nd gen camaro meets the new vettes. Its musclular and sleek.

If they ever put that into production I would definetly buy one. Well that is if they powererd it correctly. Until I hear of something better coming out I plan on getting a GTO with judge package once I get outta college. But those are probabally just dreams.

looks cool but absolutely will not happen...

GM's not going that retro w/the 5th Gen .. however from what I have heard GM is definetly working on a 5th gen... won't be an F-Body though since the F platform is dead...

not really... examples of recent GM success's are the GTO, redisigned Vette, and the Pontiac Solstice which is actually gonna be really fast with that blown ecotec thats in that Saturn.

don't agree w/that ... i don't know that I'd consider the solstice a sports car... (and I wonder how long it will even be around... it's a 2 seater right?) the vette is the only sports car GM really has left... the GTO doesn't really fit in the same category as the vette, and it's not a firebird replacement... plus w/the GTO being so limited in production (18k units max per year outta the australian plant) i don't consider that a success...

Well the old gto's had it and they also made bobcat packages. And SLP bought the name a few years back and now they are planning on doing a judge package and a bobcat package. Bobcat - 389 hp (i think?) and judge - 415 hp (fuck yeah!)
I'm not sure how/what they are doing to get the extra hp, I doudt they're boosting or anything. But who knows.

I dont think that package will be offreded until like next year or something though. Also I dunno what appearance mods it will entail. I think hood scoops are planned for next year anyway.
