I wouldn't say easy, it really depends on the car, I believe. I have seen cars with only a CAI and 3.4 run 13.9's and I have seen cars with 3.25 pulley, headers, CAI, and a few other things only run 13.9's. With similar 60 foots to be fair. It just really depends. Track prep, and barometer, and outside temp also have much to do with it. I think you have a good chance at 13's but a lot of things come into play.

Not every GP runs the same, some motors just respond better to mods than others.
