This might have been asked in the other threads and I missed it.

Does the AC IC need to modify the intake manifold? I know the ZZP needs a hole drilled for the PCV.

Any luck on putting together a kit for the hoses, bolts, radiator and such? I know J/O's got a good place to get the pump. I'm just asking before I start to look on my own.

I put my ac/ic on a STOCK intake manifold for right now(mainly to see if there is a diff), from doing a hacked up manifold.

I have a spare i was going to put on, but it was too cold, to do the weekend I did mine, so If its needed, ill do it when it gets warm out.

there is NO need to drill for the PCV, as it is in the CORRECT place, so there is no need TO DRILL THE MANIFOLD to match the PCV, of the core.

A kit will make this cost prohibitive...IMHO..as he will have to charge for all the work.

water jackets(for the t/b), and the egr, are blocked with this i/c, but if you want them there, it is NOT a problem to have them put in, just let brian know, and he will accomidate you.. ;)

I can put kits together, but I would deffinitly charge for the hassle.. ;)

installs....=$$$...also... ;)

HTHs, if not ask more Q's :)

I can sell a kit for people wanting the radiator now. We will be installing one-or two of them on the mod day. So if I am missing any little pieces I will find out then and go get them. I have just improved the core by 18-22% better cooling ability. And I am running a 2.6" before that! So I cannot wait to get a new one either :D I am running 22 degrees of timing with no knock. I am now confident enough in this IC that I am ready when the club is. Anyone in the club who is interested please go ahead and ask any questions you might have.
For just the IC ( no plumbing) = $500
For a radiator style kit = $950
For the AC IC +$1,300 + you will have then have to get your own hoses built to supply the chiller with a freeon source( easy to do and I will personally help with every AC IC purchase)
You will have to cut out the manifold a little bit to accomidate the IC. It is easy to do and I can show you or do it for free when you get a kit.

Please PM me when you are interested in a kit. I do not want to pass up on a comment somewhere in a thread and not answer you.
Thanks guys
