I'm new to ILGPC. I just joined today actually. But just being on the forums here today I've learned alot of the things I've been searching the entire internet for. for over 6 months. My gp is still stock except for the stereo due to me being a college student and having a big lack of funds especially right after christmas. So I probabally wont have any mods to install by then. Would it be alright if I just came to watch and learn? Everyone here seems really ready to help and share their knowledge and experience so I think it'd be fun and teach me alot. Get back to me.

I have a gt not a GTP. I have been considering multiple options. Ruled out beefing up the L36. I either want to do the L67 swap or do this turbo package some people were talking about. Also I want to just wait on the cold air because I plan on ram air so I might as well wait and get the cold air with ram air intake. Is the 180 degree thermostat transferable if I do an L67 swap?

Yes you are more than welcome to come and check out our club. We are always open to new people joining the club. You do not have to modify anything on your car on this day. Most people come just to hang out and help others. Or you can just come and learn about what to do and what not to do.
Where are you from?

Think it would be ok if I joined up?

I finally got the nerve to order my RT downpipe and ZZP Ported manifolds, and sure could use some help.

This is of course if I get the parts even before the mod day...

Does anyone know what else I would need beforehand to make sure the install goes flawless?

Thanks!

come on out. it'll be a good time.

I did my front manifold at LP's with the help of J/O(thanks)

I've never done a rear one, but I'm sure people there have.

I don't know anything about the RT downpipe though. does it have a spot for the 02 sensor? or will you need to get a simulator?

98gpgt.

BE SURE TO HAVER a 3" exhaust gasket and also a 2.5" gasket for the rear part of the downpipe. unless you got the 3" to 3".

Remember that our bolt pattern is 2 holes on each side of a round gasket. Do not get the tri-holed gasket. Hopefullt T/T supplies you with all the gaskets you need. Also pick up some PB BLASTER to spray on the botls thos bad boys stick like a bitch..

Hey Fish, Maybe you could bring out some of that Black out spray and hook it up on my tail lights a little. I can throw you a few bucks if you have anymore of that stuff.
FIREWORKS.
I only have one toy left. Unfortunately those are the hardest thing in life to hold onto. Everytime you get drunk it sounds like a good idea. I will see what I can do though. It is new years soon.
