3800 Notice how dirty your car was Tuesday morning?

My car had a brown filthy layer on it, did everyone else notice it?


I was watching wgn news tonight, and they said there was a major dust storm in the atmosphere that came up from mexico i believe.


Did anyone else hear about this or notice it?

Yep, saw it all over my cars this morning. Then when I got to work was suprised to see all the cars there where also covered.
I've been watching to much Dinosaur Planet...I figured it was from a volcano the blow up somewhere! :lol:

Yes zI saw that on the news too, I was wondering where all that dirt came form, they said it was a dust storm that came from new mexico area, i thought that was weird, we had new mexico clay dust on our cars in IL... weird!!!!

Yeah, i just washed my car on sat, and it snowed. It stayed clean, but then tues i had the brown shit.

I was wondering what I drove through to get all those tan clay spots all over my car. I hope it's not gonna ruin the finish if it's on for awhile....my car is filthy on the outside!

Yes i noticed it as well, and later that night on FOX news they said it came from TX....I don't know where Mexico is coming from, because like i said the news said TX, but what does the news know they are never right. But i did find it weird to have red clay on my car.......they did say anyone that lived around the O'hare field area most likely got hit.........damn - must have been some strong winds! We aren't in KS anymore. Ha! Ha!

John's car was a mess!! LOL, I thoght at first when he told me about the storm that he was just trying to make up an excuse, but I dont know why... I havent cleaned either car I own for over 6 months That's why I didnt even notice anything on my car.

It was more reddish yellow on my car. And for some odd reason the storm chose to cover more of my car becuase i had more stuff on my car then any one else did. eww... I didn't know it was a sand storm.
