Why would you think you need race gas White Pony??

Unless your spraying or boosting your car, race gas is a waste of money.

On a previous N/A car, it actually seemed to slow me down...

Don't waste your time or money on race gas, and DEFIANTLY DON'T be 'that guy' at the track putting that shit in your gas tank LMAO..

Do as you will, but just trying to save you embarrassment

Thanks for your reply, but with the change of season, 18# of boost I'll stick with adding a little race gas, just cause it says 93 octane on the pump don't count on it. I'm not em bare assed at all, this is good info for all to know.

Just looking for people who may have used this and what they thought of it nothing else. As I originally posted, incase they didn't have any race gas available, it happens, last time I was at Byron the pump didn't work, 93 pump gas you get at a gas station can be actually down to 89 octane, adding a little race gas is just insurance.

I don't think so.

Really, the gas is always good at gas stations and will never cause you any problems. Okay... buy some Indiana gas...

that usually has more to do with the condition of the underground fuel tanks and the sales volume

the fuel is all from the same damn refiner with the additives added to the truck

I just would rather see someone do it safe, especially if I can help em out!

Just keep an eye out for me, don't be afraid to ask...

I just wanted to know if anyone had ever used it.. but I have never bought any additive shit, this is worthy info for anyone who is tempted to buy into marketing. Tweaking the 93 pump gas with a little race gas just to make sure your at 93 is the goal, not to turn 93 into 100.

old gas with all the higher volatiles missing is just as bad as low octane rating

i think the hot fuel issue is far more important than your percieved sleight of not getting "true" 93 octane

The question asked on the original post was for actual experience with octane booster, does it work? Does it not? All the other dagger chatter is worthless and does not give answers to the orginal question.

Treating the question as if I have other tuning or mechanical problems is off topic. Turk is one who actually gave an answer of his research experience in his first post.

It's all good, not looking at throwing gernades at each other just talk.
